Live Group Workshops

Everyday Elements ventured into “in real life” workshops on April 30th. The in-person, group workshop was from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST, covering photography and editing, included lunch, drinks and snacks, and some awesome door prizes. We all had a fantastic time and many attendees asked me to coordinate another one so they could come back. I am planning to do a fall retreat at my home, stay tuned for date.

Do to the wonderful success of the live workshop, I have decided to start venturing out-of-state for a few workshops. Please check back as I post more dates and locations.

Next location to be determined

  • When: date coming soon
  • What We Will Cover: We will spend half the day on photography, mastering manual mode, then we will move on to editing in Lightroom 3 and Photoshop Elements (applies to Photoshop also). I have a projector and screen, so all will be able to see my screen as I teach.
  • What Is Included With Registration: Lunch, snacks, drinks, workshop materials, $30 coupon code to Everyday Elements, special workshop gift (it’s a surprise), link to view the recording of the editing portion of the workshop.
  • Who Should Attend: Those who want to learn how to rock their camera and have a good time. Skill level necessary is anyone eager and willing to learn. If you are brand spanking new to photography, I would recommend using the $30 coupon code you get with this purchase and do the Everyday Photography or Beginners editing.
  • How Many Can Attend: I have set the maximum group size to 7 attendees so that I can provide personal help to everyone.

Feedback about the workshop posted on Everyday Element’s Facebook page:

“Amanda, thank you so much for a great day Saturday at your workshop! I can’t believe after a few hours with you I was able to shoot a whole session in manual without a single image being completely blown (white) or completely underexposed (gray) like before. You have such a beautiful home and family. Thank you for sharing them both with us. I can’t wait to find an excuse to get back up there with you again!

Honestly, forever grateful to you for making it all “click.” {send}”  ~ Jessica L.
