- Can we retake a class over again? Yes, you can retake a class for FREE twice.
- Do you give refunds? No. Immediately upon purchase of the workshop, you download the Welcome Packet which has the link for access to the video tutorials and the five custom actions, things which I cannot reclaim. If you decide you cannot attend, we can reschedule to a time that suits you better or you can just utilize the video tutorials and enjoy the actions.
- Can I just have access to the video tutorials? Yes, go HERE.
- Do you give actions away free? Yes, but only one a month, through the newsletter, so make sure to subscribe.
- Can you show me how to download actions into my PSE? Yes. I offer 20 minute screen sharing sessions where I show them how to download, extract and install action and then switch to their screens to walk them through it. The cost for this aid is $20. Contact me to set it up and make payment.
