Upcoming PSE Workshops {and last ones for a while}

I have three upcoming live, online workshops coming up this month, Beginners tomorrow, September 15, Skintones on September 18th and Clean Edit Workflow on September 22nd.

These are the last live, online workshops I will be doing for a while because I am going to take a month or two off from them so I can focus better on completing some projects that I have been wanting to do (and will benefit you also).

So, if you have been thinking about taking a workshop, maybe one of these will suit your needs. If you cannot make the live sessions, I do offer them as “video workshops” instead, which you get everything except the live experience (but you do get access to a recorded session).

The Clean Edit Workflow does not yet have a video-only option, but will after this month’s workshop.

BEGINNERS (Sept 15):

Meant for those who are BRAND new to Photoshop Elements. I do move through a LOT of material in the live session, but it is recorded for later viewing, plus has many private videos that cover the topics as well. The class notes are pretty thorough and will help you as you learn to edit in PSE.

CLEAN EDIT WORKFLOW (Sept 22):

Meant for more advanced-beginners, not for those who may have just loaded the program. The workshop comes with six lessons to complete before the workshop and then will have four lessons to complete after the workshop, all walking you through the edits step-by-step. And, you will post them to a private board at Rock the Shot for critique by me.

What is special about this workshop is that it is INTERACTIVE, meaning I do a few steps, then have you do the same steps in your PSE, and even switch to see your screen if you are having trouble. This is the only HANDS-ON workshop I do right now. And, this is the last time I do this workshop for a long while.

To register, head over to this post at Rock the Shot.

SKINTONES (Sept 18):

Meant for intermediate or advanced intermediate levels. You must have some experience with adjustment layers and thoroughly understand layers, masks and brushes. I cover how to use ACR, levels, hue/saturation and other adjustments and filters to create the best possible skintone in your pictures.
