Gear Review & Giveaway | Hakuba Memory Card Case

Today we are discussing the Hakuba CF and SD memory card cases.

At the end of this post, all of you lovely readers will get a chance to win one of two Hakuba memory card cases!

I want to start off by saying these are awesome cases! I discovered these last Spring when the case I was using had broken, nearly dropping all of my SD cards on the ground! I wanted something light and durable, but most importantly something that would protect my memory cards!

They are available in two different types; card wallet and card fob. The wallet style slips perfectly into the back pocket of your jeans (or at least in my case, jeans! I suppose not everyone lives in jeans like I do!). And the fob style can easily clip onto your key-chain or camera bag to have it handy all the time!

The cases are made with a very light, yet sturdy plastic. They have a nice latch to secure your cards into the case. The inserts are solid, made with a softer rubbery plastic, and are designed to prevent damage to your cards while they are in the case.

The prices for Hakuba card cases run from $8 to $26, depending on how many card slots the case has.

I love these cases, and can’t imagine using anything else to store my memory cards!

Now, for your chance to win one of two Hakuba memory card cases!

  1. As funny as this may sound I couldn’t live without my Chapstick!!!!! I need it during those long weddings and senior shoots. I start to bite my lips when concentrating on a certain shot! I know…a weird item that I just couldn’t live without!

  2. Pen and paper, whether it’s to write down something about the shooting location, the shots themselves or info that someone passes along to me while I’m out and about.

Lately, I’ve been loving my 17-55mm 2.8 lens as my walk around lens – great for getting pics of my dogs even when they are leashed to me. =)

  5. My tamaron 28-75 2.8!! I love using it and do almost in EVERY shoot! Was the best purchase I ever made next to all your actions and tuts Amanda!! ๐Ÿ™‚

My 50mm has been getting a lot of use lately, don’t know what I would do with out it!

  11. Since I do not have a macro lens yet, my favorite accessory would be my close-up lenses for the small (tiny) flowers and insects that I love to photograph.

  12. Lately it’s my 50mm macro! I love it. I love the one about chapstick. ๐Ÿ™‚

  13. Oh dear, I actually don’t carry a camera bag. I need to get with the program. I’m just a home photographer so I rarely carry my camera anywhere and if I do I just stick the extra lens in my purse. LOL!

All the more reason I NEED one of these adorable cases. Thanks! Lisa~

  14. I could not live without my extra battery. I don’t care which bag I use (small or large), it is always in there!

  15. Regina Stone says:

My 50 mm is my favorite thing in my bag. Love that lense..
