PSE From Scratch printed e-guide and custom flash drive – pic taken with iPhone 4
On June 24 I was a vendor at the Mom Market at Type A Blog Conference in Charlotte, NC. I was very nervous about it as it was one of those times when you have to be willing to chance failure in order to grow, both in business and personally.
My mail goal for doing the market was to get the word out about PSE From Scratch, my quick start e-guide for Photoshop Elements. It was a good experience overall, more because it got me out there, talking about the guide, sharing Everyday Elements with people who were completely unfamiliar with it.

The e-guide was printed at a local UPS Store, with sturdy front and back cover and a flexible spiral binding. The covers are color but the inside page are black and white. It was my first time having it printed and I am fairly pleased with the quality.
The custom flash drive was something I toyed with doing for a long time. I contacted Flashbay for a quote and the representative who contacted me, Jill, was a delight to work with. The virtual samples came quickly and once I ordered the drives were at my house within two days!

I shared a picture of the two items on my Facebook page that weekend and so many people expressed a desire to buy the book and/or the custom flash drive, so I am making them available for a limited time (because I have a limited quantity).
This is my first time selling something that is not strictly digital, so please be patient with me as I work out the kinks. A flash drive with all my current actions will be made available later this week.

Jennifer, no, no actions are on the flash drive right now. I will make that item available later this week. Right now it’s just the ebook or blank (some people had inquired about it that way).
So, the flashdrive does not have the ebook loaded on it, correct?

Out of stock! BUMMER! How many pages? I’m thinking I could purchase the ebook and then have it printed…depending on the cost…I really like to have something in my hands (vs. reading on the computer). When do you think you’ll have more printed copies available?
