I bought version 10 the day after it came out and I have been very pleased with the new features they added to the program.
- Rule of Thirds grid and other overlays to the crop tool
- Type tool that allow text to follow circular paths
- Improved speed and flow of Organizer
- Ability to access Facebook friends list for tagging images in Organizer, for later upload to Facebook
- More templates for creating collages and photo albums
At the very bottom of this post, there is a video giving a little tour of Photoshop Elements 10.
A question asked a lot when a new version of Photoshop Elements is released is: “Should I upgrade?” Here is my .02 worth on it:
- If you have PSE 7 or older, definitely upgrade. So much has been added and enhanced that it is worth the money to upgrade.
- If you have PSE 8 or PSE 9, no, I probably wouldn’t upgrade. Honestly, if you have some extra funds, I would recommend buying Lightroom 3 to use in combination with your PSE, rather than upgrading to PSE 10.

I love Fall. Hot Apple cider, crisp cool evenings, scarves, leaves changing color and the excitement of the holidays in the air.
I love Fall! The leaves are absolutely beautiful!! Plus, I love dressing for the cooler temps. Aaaaand, our family gets together more often in the fall. Good times!!!! <3

I always get that warm, fuzzy feeling during the fall! Halloween is my fave holiday and my birthday is only 3 days later, yay!!
I LOVE Fall because the days are still comfortable, the sky is clear blue, the breeze is crisp, but not cold…. and the COLORS! WOW! It just makes me feel alive! The anticipation of the holidays just makes me so excited! 🙂

Spring!! It’s not too hot or sticky . love the colors of spring the smells, i wish it could be spring 365 days a year, well apart from Christmas (not the same without snow )

It is a toss up for me between fall and spring. And of course there’s always winter. Grr, I can’t pick. Summer is obviously my least favorite. Fall I love because the leaves are changing and the weather is perfect. Winter I love because it’s Christmastime and my birthday and I love wearing my sweaters and coats. Spring I love because all the new flowers are blooming and its like a renewal.
Fall – It is a welcome sigh to the “dog days of summer”; a herald to the the family and holiday events ahead; a feeling of anticipation to cuddle up and enjoy some hot chocolate with family and friends or spend a moment alone! I love it!

I love the fall & holiday season! Being military it’s been hard to be away from the seasons. I miss it terribly!
I love summers sitting at the pool, at cookouts with friends and family, and sunsets after 9pm. But it doesn’t get better than catching lightening bugs at dusk with my sweet boy. Now if we can figure out how to get all the fall/winter holidays I love in the summer it would be even more perfect!!
Winter! I love everything winter, fires, snow, hot chocolate, cozy sweaters! Maybe not shoveling.
Fall or maybe Spring, oh yeah I like summer too. I guess it really is any season except winter. I don’t like cold. I really don’t like snow. But if I had to pick one it would be Fall. I love the color of fall, the sweaters you get to wear. But spring brings back to life the flowers, trees, plants after the long cold dull winter. You can swim in the summer. I am conflicted, but I guess I will pick FALL.

My favorite time of the year is Autumn. The trees are changing colors in the northeast now and it is just fabulous feast for the eyes. The crisp air is perfect for walking, too.

My favorite season is definitely summer! Living in Minnesota I always look forward to warm weather, days at the pool and getting to wear flip flops after a long cold winter!
It is a toss up for me between Spring and Fall but if I had to pick just one I would say Spring. I just love all the colors of the season after all the cold, gray skies of winter.
