FotoTale Designs Templates, Albums and Cards {Giveaway}

THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED.

The winner of the $50 gift card is Theresa Ruggles. Funny, the first three numbers drawn were 30, 28 and 6. Theresa was actually number 30 and 28. 🙂 So, I got one more number from Random.org and that was #70, Julie H, who won one of the $25 gift cards. The other $25 winner was #6, Amy AB.

I am excited to be hosting a giveaway for Sarah, from FotoTale Designs! She is a sweet, sweet lady and a stay-at-home mother of two young children, whom she follows around with her camera (I can relate). Sarah is a huge digi-scrapbooker and loves working with Photoshop.  She came to love how digital templates can be used over and over again, and the options to change and customize are endless!

Sarah started up Fototale Designs to help others capture their special memories and display them in meaningful, artistic ways.  She offers a wide variety of products and adds new stuff all the time.

Their products are perfect for photographers who are looking for professional, easy to use templates to display their work to their clients; or, for individuals who are looking for cute, creative ideas for their scrapbooks or personal photo displays.

SarahCelloCollageWeb

Recently I purchased some templates from FotoTale Designs and I was very pleased. One of my favorites is a very affordable, 20×24 template called Good Times (shown above with my recent niece with cello pics). It was only $6 and can be used for males and females, simply by changing the color of the font.

Below is a Christmas card collection (just $25 for multiple cards) that I think is simply delightful!

Here are some of the products Sarah offers at her shop:

  • Web-ready storyboards
  • Collages
  • Cards
  • Albums
  • CD/DVD templates
  • Scrapbook pages
  • Invitations
  • Calendars

Photoshop Elements users should know that most of the templates will not work for you UNLESS you have purchased the $12 Elements Plus plug-in, which allows you to ungroup the clipping mask layers. I recommend the Elements Plus plug-in whether you use templates or not; it is just a very useful and inexpensive tool to have in your PSE.

Now, this is going to be an extra fun giveaway because Sarah is giving away THREE prizes!!! One winner will receive a $50 gift card to her shop and TWO winners will receive $25 gift cards.

To enter simply leave a comment telling me if you have ever printed a collage or card and what it was for (like birth announcement, Christmas card, collage for wall, etc.).

You can earn extra entries by doing one or all of the following. Make sure to come back here and leave SEPARATE entries for each on you do.

The giveaway will end next Tuesday, November 9th at 11:00 PM EST. Winners will be chosen via Random.org and will have one week to claim their prize.

Special Note: Sarah is going one step further – she is offering a coupon code if you see items you need/want right now. Put in ‘Everyday30’ when checking out and it will take 30% off everything. Coupon is only valid until November 12th.

Extra Special Note: If you would love to use templates and cards, but do not know how, I have an online Collage and Clipping Masks workshop that will teach you how. If you purchase ANYTHING from Sarah’s shop, you can register for my workshop for just $13, a 35% savings. Simply enter the code ‘fototale’ when registering. I will contact Sarah with the names of those who use the coupon code, to verify they made a purchase.

  1. A couple of years ago, I created a Christmas card using a photo from our Disney trip. I really liked the flexibility (control) of being able to pick the exact colors I wanted and tweak the fonts and titles for best placement on the photo. You just can’t beat PSE for quick projects like that. Thanks for all you do for PSE users – I’m learning so much!

  12. I have created cards, announcements and collages many times; however, normally without templates. Thanks to great folks like FT and EE I have recently increased my knowledge of just how much Photoshop can do. My greatest challenge was when I created a 24×36 collage of all our family for my mother’s room at the nursing home when her dementia progressed to the point she could no longer stay at home. It helped her remember who was who and lots of good old memories.

  13. I created a Christmas card last year that included our three pets at that time. Each head shot had the words Love Hope or Joy under it. I matched them to the personality of the pet. Turns out that the picture of our cat, Dock, was the last picture taken of him as he was run over on our street. 🙁
