I bought version 10 the day after it came out and I have been very pleased with the new features they added to the program.
- Rule of Thirds grid and other overlays to the crop tool
- Type tool that allow text to follow circular paths
- Improved speed and flow of Organizer
- Ability to access Facebook friends list for tagging images in Organizer, for later upload to Facebook
- More templates for creating collages and photo albums
At the very bottom of this post, there is a video giving a little tour of Photoshop Elements 10.
A question asked a lot when a new version of Photoshop Elements is released is: “Should I upgrade?” Here is my .02 worth on it:
- If you have PSE 7 or older, definitely upgrade. So much has been added and enhanced that it is worth the money to upgrade.
- If you have PSE 8 or PSE 9, no, I probably wouldn’t upgrade. Honestly, if you have some extra funds, I would recommend buying Lightroom 3 to use in combination with your PSE, rather than upgrading to PSE 10.

Here in the mountains we have 4 distinct seasons and I like them all but the older I get I prefer the warmth of the Summer.
I love the colors of fall!

Summer -I like it hot!
Definitely Christmas!! The beauty, the joy, the happiness and the pure delight in every child’s eyes help make it, not only my favorite happy time of the year, but my most spiritual time of the year as well!
But what I love about fall,
Is scuffling through the leaves, yellow, brown, red, green and even purple hues.
Watching geese migrating some go south some come here! from colder climes.
Wrapping up in mufflers, hat and coats with shoes
That come up to my ankle some people call them boots!
Evenings drawing darker, lights twinkling in the windows
Robins singing their vibrant songs, and low in the sky the large harvest moon.
Fireworks for Divali, Eid and The gun powder plot celebrations.
Lighting up the dark sky with even more colour
Bringing together people from many nations.
Now you can see what I like about fall or autumn as we call it in UK

I love fall except when it snows on birthday like this past Saturday-October 29! lol. I love the cool, crisp air and the vibrancy of colors on the leaves of trees make for some lovely photographic memories.

I’m a transplant from New England to Florida, and though I’ve been here for more than 30 years, I still miss the changing of the seasons. But, Fall still remains the favorite, even if I have to enjoy it through everyone else’s pictures!
My favorite time of year ia summer….I love the bright greens of the trees & grass as well as all the beautiful, colorful flowers in the summertime.

Fall is my season. I love the cooler weather after the hot temps and muggy humidity of Summer. The colors of the Fall seem to breathe new life into me every year and I’m ready to tackle the holidays.
My favorite time of year is between summer and fall. The nights are cool and the days are perfect. I guess that’s not a season.
I love all the seasons, there is something amazing about each one, but fall is definitely my favorite as a photographer… Whats not to love? Great lighting, warm tones EVERYWHERE, the temperatures make for comfortable shooting outdoors, plus there is always watching your kids play in the leaves! Football…cozy sweaters, and hoodies:)
I have a love affair with Fall and Spring. Weather is perfect, colors are gorgeous and everything seems new and fresh (yes, even with leaves dying). 🙂

My favorite season is definitely fall. Up here in Alaska, much of the year is winter, and while we relish our short time with summer, the beautiful colors of fall steal a spot in my heart :).
Well, having spent my entire life sweating EVERY season of the year, now that I live in Illinois I’d have to say Winter. I LOVE the snow. L-O-V-E it!

Definitely the fall.
That is such a tough question: Right now, I’d have to say fall – I’m loving the colors the last couple weeks and we’ve had such a mild one! BUT…I also absolutely love winter and I’m sure that will be my answer in a couple months (weeks?)
By the way – I love the new look of the blog! Just enough “graphics” for interest, but not overpowering; very clean and fresh – congrats!

My most favorite season is definitely fall! It was my Grandpa’s favorite season, and since his passing, it’s become more of a season for me to enjoy as I’m remembering him! It’s also just a beautiful season, plus I LOVE the cooler weather!
