Saturday evening my family walked down the dirt road near our home and back into the woods on our property. It was a lovely walk and just an all-around fun thing to do! And, a great opportunity for some fresh pictures.
We have been busy with field trips, Little Leagu c e football games, homeschooling and great weather! The kids are spending more time outside now that it isn’t blistering hot, and this mom is loving that!
Things have been busy for Everyday Elements also. Over the weekend I hosted my new meme “Show Your Skills” which was great fun! I loved seeing all the different, creative versions of my flower picture. It’s not to late to join in, by the way! I also worked some on the never-to-be-released (kidding, I think) Clean Edit Workflow workshop and on a final photography class lesson on light.
Last night I had the Beginners workshop and tomorrow night I have the Collages, Templates and Clipping Masks workshop. I just announced the winners of the Kim Klassen giveaway AND she surprised everyone with a great coupon code for $10 for Everyday Elements readers. In case you missed it, the code is ‘AMANDA.’ Thank you, Kim!!
I have another giveaway coming up, so stay tuned. Oh, and when the FB fan page hits a 1000 “likes” I will be doing a great giveaway for AMP Actions new PSE action set. Yahoo!!
Lovely photos! I love both but especially the top one! The colors grab me but I also love it when you capture people being themselves.
Thank you, Yvette! I agree, capturing people in natural states is so engaging, almost tells a story. It’s just hard to capture those moments in a way that would be interesting to others, to.
